When will my next order be shipped?

You can view the delivery date of your current order in your customer portal (Pfotenportal).

1. Log in to your customer portal (Pfotenportal) 
   

2. In your Pfotenportal, simply go to the menu item "ORDERS"

-> At the very top you will then see when the order was triggered and roughly when it will arrive with you:

💡 The delivery date is not the same as the order date. If your order date falls between Monday and Sunday, your package will be shipped at the beginning of the following week.

💡 If you want to receive your order in a specific week, please set the order date accordingly.
