What can I change in my customer account?

You can make these changes yourself in your Pfotenportal

In your Pfotenportal, you can flexibly adjust your orders, deliveries and settings at any time.

Pause meal plan: If you would like to temporarily skip an order, go to "Orders" in your Pfotenportal and select the active order you want to pause.
Click "Edit" and then "Skip next delivery". In the next step, you can see your upcoming order date and confirm the skip.

Reactivate meal plan: You can restart paused orders at any time.
Under "Orders", you can see your inactive orders. Click "Reactivate" there and confirm your selection – the order will then continue as usual.

Change order date: If the suggested order date doesn't suit you, you can adjust it in your Pfotenportal. To do so, go to "Orders" → "Edit" → "Next order" and select your preferred date in the calendar. Then confirm with "Change next order date".

• Please note: The order date is not the delivery date. All orders received by Sunday evening will be shipped the following week and usually arrive mid-week. Therefore, always plan your order date in good time. Your delivery interval (14 or 28 days) adjusts automatically.

Change delivery address: Under "Delivery address", you can edit and save your existing address. If you want to change the delivery address for an order that has already been triggered, please contact [email protected].

Add delivery address: If you would like to add an additional delivery address, go to "Delivery address" → "Add delivery address". After saving, you can conveniently choose between your addresses. Please change the address in good time before your next order.

Change payment method: You can update your payment method under "Payment information". We currently support credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, provided the respective payment method is available for your country at checkout.

Cancel order: To cancel an ongoing order, go to "Orders" → "Edit" and scroll down to "Cancel order". Select a reason for cancellation and confirm the cancellation.

Change portion size: Under "Meals", you can adjust the portion size and switch between full board and half board.

Change recipes: Also under "Meals", you can add or remove individual varieties in the "Recipes" section.

Change delivery cycle: If you want to change the delivery cycle from 14 days to 28 days or vice versa, go to "Meals" → "Delivery cycle". The food quantity adjusts automatically to the selected interval.

Update your dog's weight and information: you can update the information about your furry friend in your Pfotenportal at any time.
