Every dog is an individual and has its own unique metabolism. Although our veterinarians calculate the rations precisely, in rare cases your dog may need a bit more or less energy than our system originally estimated.
Has your dog gained or lost weight since your last order? Or has its body condition changed due to more training or aging?
You can easily manage these changes yourself: log in to your customer portal (Pfotenportal). There you can update your dog's current weight and body condition at any time. Our system will then automatically calculate the new ration for your next delivery.

There are factors we should keep an eye on together:
Hormones: Neutering or heat cycles can significantly change the metabolism.
Seasonal activity: Many dogs are more active in summer than in winter.
Treats: If your dog gets a lot of treats in between meals, the main meal may need to be reduced slightly. You can also adjust this yourself in your Pfotenportal.
Important: Please do not make major changes to the amount of food on your own over the long term, so that the nutrient supply remains optimally balanced. Use the Pfotenportal or contact us for a professional adjustment!
