Pfotenportal Login / Sign In

How can I log in/sign in to my Pfotenportal (customer portal):

There are 2 ways to get to the login page:

a) via this link: https://pfotenportal.hellobello.at 

b) or via the HelloBello homepage using the menu item "Anmelden"

Here, enter the email address you used to complete your HelloBello order. Within 30 seconds at the latest, you will receive an email with your login link, which takes you directly into your Pfotenportal without a password. 

💡 Please note - if you have several email addresses, make sure you are using the correct one here. If in doubt, just try both!

Troubleshooting if you have not received an email with a login link:

a) First, check your email spam folder. The email with the login link may have ended up there. If it has - mark the email there as "Not spam". That way, it will work automatically next time

b) Refresh your email inbox so that new messages come in

c) Check whether you actually entered the email address you used to order from HelloBello. If in doubt, try both email addresses if you have several

Troubleshooting if you have received an email with a login link, but the link does not work:

a) try another device (e.g. your phone instead of your PC, or vice versa)
b) or delete your cookies in the browser
