Storage and shelf life of your meals
To keep our meals as fresh as possible, they are frozen right after cooking and delivered to you frozen.
Arrival of your delivery
Please make sure you have enough space in your fridge or freezer when your delivery arrives.
Good to know: If the meals are slightly thawed on arrival, this is absolutely harmless to their quality and safety.
How to store HelloBello correctly
Depending on when you want to feed the next portions, you have two options:
In the fridge: Unopened, the meals stay fresh in the fridge for up to 11 days.
In the freezer: Please store anything you don't feed within the 11 days in the freezer. There, the meals keep for approx. 6 months (according to the date on the sachet).
