How do I switch to the HelloBello full board?

You can switch your meal plan to full board at any time in your Pfotenportal. Please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your customer portal (Pfotenportal) 

  2. Please click "Meals" at the bottom

  3. Please scroll down a little further until you reach the "Portion size" section - here you can select full board. 

  4. Then please click "Review change". Here you can see the adjusted food amount and the price. To confirm the change, please click "Save meal plan change"

Please note: Orders that have already been triggered/confirmed can unfortunately no longer be changed in the Pfotenportal. In this case, please contact our customer support — as long as the package has not yet been shipped, we are happy to make the change for you.
