How can I switch to the HelloBello half-board?

You can switch your meal plan to the half-board at any time in your customer portal (Pfotenportal). Please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your customer portal (Pfotenportal) 

  2. Please click on "Mahlzeiten" on the left-hand side

  3. Here you can select the half-board.

  4. Then please click on "Änderung überprüfen". Here you can see the changed food quantity and the price. To confirm the change, please click on "Aboänderung speichern"

Please note: Orders that have already been triggered/confirmed can unfortunately no longer be changed in the Pfotenportal. In this case, please contact our customer support — as long as the package has not yet been shipped, we are happy to make the change for you.

For small dogs, we may only be able to offer you the full-board for logistical reasons. In this case, please contact our customer support so that we can find a suitable solution for you.
