How can I switch between my dogs/meal plans in the Pfotenportal?
If you have several dogs with HelloBello or manage different meal plans, you can easily switch back and forth between the profiles to make adjustments for each of your furry friends individually.
How to switch the view:
Log in: Log in to your customer account (Pfotenportal).
Open the overview: Go to the menu item "Overview".
Select a dog: In the top right corner, you will find a drop-down menu or selection option with the name of your currently selected dog.
Click & switch: Simply click on the name to see a list of all your dogs/meal plans, and select the profile you want to edit now.
What can I do after switching?
Once you have switched profiles, all the specific information for that dog will be displayed. You can then:
View or change the next delivery date.
Adjust the food quantity or weight.
Pause or reactivate the meal plan.
Tip: Always check which name is displayed in the top right corner before saving changes, so that your feedback reaches the right dog!
Tip: Your Pfotenportal is now also available as an app. Conveniently manage your meal plan, deliveries and your dog's profile from your phone.
