How can I skip or pause my next order?

You can easily skip the next order date of your meal plan in your customer portal (Pfotenportal) or choose a specific order date. 

💡 The order date is not the same as the delivery date. If you order by Sunday, your order will be shipped and delivered at the beginning of the coming week.

In your customer portal (Pfotenportal), click "Orders" at the bottom left:

Then please go to "Edit", and then click "Skip order"

Alternatively, you can click "Choose order date"  to select your preferred order date
