How can I pause my meal plan?

You can pause your meal plan at any time for 2, 4 or 8 weeks. 
To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your customer account (Pfotenportal). 

  2. Click on Orders on the left

  3. Now please scroll down a little until you see the following options and click on  
    "Pause meal plan"

4. Now you can choose whether you want to pause your meal plan for 2, 4 or 8 weeks. Then please click on "Confirm". No costs will be incurred during the selected period, and you will receive an email from us as soon as your meal plan is active again.

Even after the selected pause period, you can move the order date as you like.
