How can I change the recipes/varieties in my meal plan?

You can add or remove recipes (i.e. varieties) in your Pfotenportal at any time. To do so, please follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your customer account (Pfotenportal)

2. Click "Meals" on the left

3. Scroll to the "Varieties" section. Here you can see which variety/varieties you currently receive and change them by clicking on the respective variety. 

4. Then please click "Review change". An overview of the change will be displayed here. To confirm it, please click "Save meal plan change"

Please note: Orders that have already been triggered/confirmed can unfortunately no longer be changed in the Pfotenportal. In this case, please contact our customer support — as long as the package has not yet been shipped, we are happy to make the change for you.
