How can I adjust recipes/varieties/weight/conditions?

Would you like to adjust your furry friend's recipes, varieties or weight? You can easily do this yourself in your customer portal (Pfotenportal):

  1. Log in: Sign in here with your email address.

  1. Click the link: Within a few seconds you will receive a login link by email that takes you directly into your portal (use the same email address you used to order with HelloBello)

  2. Adjust: Click on the "Meals" tab. There you can change both the selected varieties and the details about your dog (such as weight) and update them so the portions continue to fit perfectly.
