Heading off on holiday and want to keep feeding your dog HelloBello? No problem.
Changing the delivery address
You can have your delivery sent flexibly to a different address within Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Change the address in your Pfotenportal in good time, before the order is triggered.
Keeping it cool on the way
For trips outside these countries, have the delivery sent to your home and take the food with you. Make sure to pay attention to:
sufficient cooling – use the cool packs we include
well-insulated containers or bags
in the fridge, unopened food stays fresh for up to 11 days
Planning tip: Only take as many portions with you as you can keep safely chilled on the way.
