Change payment method

You can easily change your payment method via your customer portal (Pfotenportal). 

The following payment methods are available to you: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and ShopPay.

To do so, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your customer portal (Pfotenportal).

2. Go to the menu item "ORDERS" 

3. In the bottom right corner, select "Choose payment method and 
add payment method"

4.  Select "Edit" and by sending an email you can change your payment method and complete the process
