If your dog does not eat one or more of the recipes from the meal plan in full with the first order, and this is documented by video and sent to us, then we will refund the respective purchase amount of the recipe in question. This requires that the steps for transitioning your dog to the new food are followed, as described in the insert included with the first order.
The deadline for sending the video is 10 days from receipt of the first order. Videos sent later cannot be used as the basis for a refund of the purchase amount.
