You can test HelloBello either as a meal plan (subscription) (a flexible subscription that you can cancel or pause at any time) or as a one-time purchase. We recommend the meal plan, as you then receive the first package and all further deliveries at a lower price.

Money-back guarantee

If your dog doesn't eat one of the recipes from the first delivery, we will refund you the amount. Simply send us a video showing this within 10 days of receiving the delivery.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can easily manage your deliveries in the customer portal (Pfotenportal) . There you can pause your subscription, skip deliveries or cancel. Our customer service team is also always happy to help you.
